The project’s goal was to design a digital platform for L’Oréal’s medical team that consolidates all the essential information needed to engage with healthcare professionals.
Key objectives
Understand the expectations and challenges of different stakeholders (medical representatives, commercial teams, healthcare partners, etc.).
Provide a user-friendly interface that centralizes content and tools for daily use.
Ensure clarity, efficiency, and alignment with L’Oréal’s standards.

Stakeholder Insights – Conducted interviews and workshops with medical reps and commercial teams to capture needs
Wireframing – Created wireframes to structure the information architecture and navigation
Validation – Iteratively reviewed and validated wireframes with stakeholders
