The project’s goal was to design a digital platform for L’Oréal’s medical team that consolidates all the essential information needed to engage with healthcare professionals.

Key objectives

  • Understand the expectations and challenges of different stakeholders (medical representatives, commercial teams, healthcare partners, etc.).

  • Provide a user-friendly interface that centralizes content and tools for daily use.

  • Ensure clarity, efficiency, and alignment with L’Oréal’s standards.

  • Stakeholder Insights – Conducted interviews and workshops with medical reps and commercial teams to capture needs

  • Wireframing – Created wireframes to structure the information architecture and navigation

  • Validation – Iteratively reviewed and validated wireframes with stakeholders

  • Visual Identity – Designed a clear and professional visual identity adapted to the medical contex
